About MLB Starting Lineups
MLB teams typically release their starting lineups 2-4 hours before first pitch. Until then, we show projected lineups based on each team's most recent batting order. Lineups are marked as Confirmed once officially announced — look for the green checkmark.
Each batter includes advanced Statcast metrics: xwOBA (expected weighted on-base average), wRC+ (weighted runs created, 100 = league average), walk and strikeout rates, and hard-hit percentage. Probable pitchers show ERA, xERA, WHIP, K/9, FIP, Stuff+, and ground ball rate. LHP badges highlight left-handed starters, and batters with a platoon advantage against the opposing pitcher are marked in green.
Game cards include real-time weather conditions (temperature, humidity, wind, rain probability), weather impact on run scoring, park factors (run factor, HR factor, altitude), and simulation projections (projected score, win probability, total, NRFI probability). Betting edges are flagged when our 10,000-simulation Monte Carlo engine finds significant value.
